What we collect

Account: e-mail, name, password (stored only as a secure hash) and, if you choose Google sign-in, your Google account identifier.

Course use: lesson progress, audio and subtitle preferences, comments and ratings you post.

Purchase: Paddle shares with us your e-mail, name, country, amount paid and transaction id. We never receive your card details.

Website analytics: an anonymous random identifier stored in your browser, the campaign tags (UTM) of the link that brought you, the referring page and which steps of the purchase you reached. We use no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers.

Why we use it

To provide the course you bought (contract), to send service e-mails such as access links and refund confirmations, to keep tax records (legal obligation) and to understand which channels bring students (legitimate interest).

Who processes it for us

Paddle (payments and invoices), Brevo (e-mail delivery), Oracle Cloud (hosting) and Google (only if you use Google sign-in). They process data under their own privacy terms.

Cookies and local storage

A session cookie keeps you signed in. The anonymous analytics identifier and campaign tags are kept in your browser's local storage. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Retention and your rights

We keep your account while it exists. Purchase records are kept, anonymized, for as long as tax law requires. Under the GDPR and Brazil's LGPD you can ask for access, correction, export or deletion of your data by writing to ue@danielfalci.com.
