How to ask

Reply to the receipt e-mail sent by Paddle, request it at paddle.net, or write to ue@danielfalci.com with the e-mail you used to buy.

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank.

After the refund

Your access to the course ends when the refund is approved. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
